Extreme Sportswear manufactures custom rugby league and rugby union jerseys in two performance fits: Premium and Elite Pro-Cut. Teams and sportswear brands can select from six neckline styles, including Elite, V-neck, round neck, U-neck, Y-neck and traditional collar.
Our jerseys are available in two technical stretch fabrics:
- 280 GSM ExoDry: 95% polyester and 5% spandex
- 4D Stretch: 91% polyester and 9% spandex
Both fabrics provide excellent durability, flexibility and moisture management. Their breathable, quick-drying construction helps players remain cool and comfortable during demanding matches and training sessions.
Every jersey is manufactured with reinforced seams and a taped neckline for additional strength. Our Elite Pro-Cut rugby jersey features a professional, close-to-body fit and premium polyester-spandex fabric for superior stretch and freedom of movement. Optional silicone grip panels on the upper body help reduce jersey movement during play.
