Fabrics for European Clothing Collections

Choosing a fabric solely by composition is rarely enough. Two fabrics described as “100% cotton” can perform very differently because of variations in yarn quality, knitting structure, weight, finishing, shrinkage and colourfastness.

For custom-developed fabric colours, the practical minimum can depend on the mill and construction. Our standard minimum for some custom colours is approximately 200 kilograms of fabric per colour. The fabric can be held for repeat garment production when this arrangement is agreed in advance.

Low-MOQ Clothing Manufacturing for European Startups

Growing brands often need smaller initial orders to test sizing, colours and market response. We evaluate minimum order quantities according to the garment, fabric availability, colour, printing technique and customization level.

Stock fabrics and standard colors normally allow greater flexibility than fabrics that must be knitted and dyed specifically for one order. Highly customized trims, jacquard waistbands, metal hardware and special packaging may also have separate supplier minimums.

Instead of advertising an unrealistic minimum for every product, we review each project individually. This gives the customer a more accurate quotation and prevents quality compromises caused by forcing an unsuitable production method into a very small order.

Our normal commercial production requirement may be approximately 500 pieces per color for certain fully customized programmed. However, smaller development or trial quantities may be considered for selected sportswear, sublimated garments and products using available fabrics.

Manufacturing Process: From European Design to Finished Garment

1. Product Enquiry

The process starts when you send us your garment details. Useful information includes reference images, technical drawings, required quantities, size range, fabric preferences, branding method and delivery country.

2. Technical Review

We review the design for construction, fabric suitability, print method, expected finishing and production feasibility. If details are missing, we recommend practical options before calculating the price.

3. Fabric and Trim Selection

Suitable fabric, ribbing, zippers, draw cords, labels, elastic, buttons and packaging materials are selected. Color references can be provided through Pantone codes, physical swatches or approved artwork.

4. Pattern and Sample Development

A production pattern is created according to the approved measurements. We then manufacture a sample so the customer can review the fit, fabric, stitching, artwork and overall appearance.

5. Sample Approval

The sample is revised if necessary. Bulk production begins only after the main product details, measurements and branding placements have been approved.

6. Bulk Manufacturing

Production includes fabric inspection, spreading, cutting, printing or embroidery, stitching, finishing and inline quality checks. The exact sequence varies according to the garment.

7. Final Quality Control

Finished garments are inspected for measurements, sewing quality, colour consistency, logo position, labels, loose threads and visible defects. Approved pieces are folded and packed according to the confirmed packing instructions.

8. Export to Europe

Orders can be prepared for delivery to different European countries. Freight cost and transit time depend on carton dimensions, chargeable weight, destination, shipping method and customs arrangements.

Yes. Orders can be prepared for shipment to European destinations. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, carton dimensions, chargeable weight and required delivery method.

Does GSP+ guarantee duty-free import?

No. GSP+ provides preferential access for many eligible Pakistani products, but the applicable duty depends on the product’s tariff classification, origin status, documentation and current customs rules. The European buyer or customs agent should confirm the treatment of the specific product before import.
